Australia in November 2005

This trip came about as 2005 was turning into a travel failure. Other than a long weekend in Latvia none of my travel plans had come to anything. Trips discussed, then cancelled, included Argentina (twice!), USA, France and Spain. So, being thoroughly fed up with these events and being in need of a holiday, I decided to throw caution to the wind and head to Melbourne to visit my friends there. Maybe a long way to go for two weeks but there you go! What initially started off as a trip designed to allow me to hibernate rapidly took on a slightly busier schedule but with oppurtunities too important to miss.
